30-Day Returns

If your item is unworn, unused, and in original condition, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

No signs of wear or use
Original packaging must be included
All accessories (if applicable) must be included

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For returns within Australia and New Zealand, a flat return fee will apply and be deducted from your refund:

Australia: $10
New Zealand: $15

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

However, we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier where possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
